TRAX recognizes that timely post-crash response is critical to saving lives and reducing the severity of road traffic injuries. Through awareness campaigns, stakeholder training, emergency response sensitization, and first-responder education, we work to strengthen the post-crash care ecosystem and improve survival outcomes for crash victims. Our initiatives promote the importance of the Golden Hour, emergency preparedness, and immediate access to medical assistance.
TRAX conducts awareness and sensitization programs on the use of India’s integrated emergency response system (112), helping citizens, drivers, students, fleet operators, and communities understand how to seek immediate assistance during road crashes and emergencies. Through public outreach and training programs, we promote timely reporting of crashes, emergency response awareness, and life-saving actions that can significantly improve post-crash outcomes.
Driver health plays a vital role in road safety. TRAX has implemented large-scale driver health screening and wellness programs in partnership with organizations such as Hyundai Motor India Foundation, transport departments, and corporate partners. These initiatives include eye examinations, blood pressure checks, diabetes screening, stress management sessions, fatigue awareness, and distribution of first-aid kits. Thousands of commercial drivers, bus drivers, chauffeurs, and transport workers have benefited from these programs, contributing to safer driving behaviour and reduced road crash risks.
TRAX is a road safety NGO dedicated to saving lives through education, awareness, advocacy, and action.
